Yoga Classes

We offer a variety of yoga classes primarily based on Vinyasa (Flow) yoga, that are adaptable and accessible to all levels of experience. You will sculpt and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and reclaim your spirit for a whole mind, body, spirit transformation.

URBAN MELT: End your week on the right note with our Urban Melt class! A yin yoga practice to empower you to leave the stress of the week behind! Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience. All ages/ levels welcome!

STRETCH + CORE: A class designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten your abdominals. Throughout this class you will stretch your body to increase flexibility and decrease muscle tension, as well as, focus on core strength in your lower back and abdominal muscles to help improve muscular balance. Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience. All ages/levels welcome!

ALL LEVELS YOGA: This 75 minute All Levels yoga class combines meditation and slow flow yoga to ignite energy and heat through breath and movement. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike will enjoy this class. Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience.

SLOW FLOW YOGA: An ALL LEVELS class with a slower, flowing pace and includes a much longer floor series. The longer holds with an emphasis on hip opening poses, gives you access to release built up tension and stress. Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience. New yogis and athletes welcome!

FLOW YOGA: Features a flowing style of yoga that incorporates movement and breath, strength and flexibility. You will empower your mind, body, and spirit as you “let go” and find meditation in motion. A perfect combination of sweat and serenity. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike will enjoy this class. Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience.


Fitness CLASSES

URBAN BARRE: Our signature class! A challenging barre-based workout in combination with Pilates balls, gliders, light weights and resistance bands to stretch, tone, and lengthen muscles like never before. A unique and effective abdominal routine is included to round out this amazing workout. Bring your mat, water, and a smile! Sweat towels complimentary.

URBAN SCULPT: Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to strengthen every major muscle group by combining flow yoga with light weights and cardio bursts. Build strength and endurance while also cultivating flexibility! Classes heated to a warm 86 degrees to deepen your experience. Some yoga experience recommended.  


Highly recommend this studio! Personal attention is given to each of us during classes. I love the yoga classes for all levels and those classes specific to a body part/stretch. The fitness classes include cardio, toning, and working out with fitness equipment. I always leave classes with more energy and more calm at the same time.
