EAR CANDLING

Chinese Ear Candling is a holistic, safe, effective, and painless procedure used to remove earwax, pollen, sinus congestion, ringing of the ears, ear infection, headaches, migraines, and hearing problems. The movement of smoke through the delicate ear canal may also obtain pressure relief. Ear candling involves gently inserting a hollow linen tube lined with beeswax into the ear canal then lighting the opposite end. The candle creates a vacuum that draws built-up earwax, bacteria, debris, and fungus into the candle. Halfway, through each candle the practitioner will extinguish the candle, knock out the remnants and show you the contents. Then, reset and finish the remainder of the candle. Most people cannot believe the contents extracted from the ear canal. Many people report an improvement in their hearing after just one session. The entire process takes 30 to 45 minutes. Ear candling can be repeated every 48 hours. To maintain healthy ears, it is suggested that you repeat the process 3 to 4 per year.

THAI BODYWORK

Traditionally given on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, Thai bodywork is a whole-body treatment. It combines passive stretching and movement of joints with several touch techniques and work along energy meridians (called sen in Thai). The whole treatment is a graceful, nurturing, interactive dance that is sensitive to the condition of each person. The effect of Thai Massage is greater flexibility, flow of energy, deep relaxation, and feeling of well being.

TRUERIFE ionic DETOX foot bath

An ionic foot bath is said to be a therapeutic foot-soaking process that uses negative ions in a bath of water and salt to rid the body of toxins through the feet. The foot bath is connected to electricity to produce a vibration in the water and causes a chemical reaction between the water and the salt.
